CantonNow Hiring - Recruiting Assistant

OCal Solutions Staffing Agency is in search of a Recruiting Assistant to play a key role in helping us scale and provide a consistent customer/candidate experience. We are a locally based in , family owned and operated staffing agency focused on helping healthcare facilities, in particular LTC and AL.

We provide a niche service and our recruiting needs are a constant need. The Recruiter Assistant would primarily focus on all recruiting and on-boarding, but would also help with other responsibilities such as cold calling and other business growth purposes.

 

We are seeking a candidate who has the following experience:

·      Consistent client interaction via phone, email, text, Zoom, and meeting face-to-face when necessary.

·      Management of candidate and client information within an Applicant Tracking System.

·      Document key processes to generate standards and efficiencies for scale and suggest improvements as applicable.

·      Provide administrative support including interviewing, scheduling, document formatting, and data entry.

·      Assist in candidate sourcing and evaluation.

·      Previous recruiting experience in a start-up or high growth environment.

·      Prefer experience using Applicant Tracking Systems; CRM management from a sales environment would suffice.

·      Highly organized and detail-oriented.

·      Comfortable working autonomously and with flexible scheduling.

·      Can multi-task and is comfortable switching priorities frequently.

·      Data driven, comfortable with reporting and Excel.

·      Must be able to evaluate and learn new software applications and services efficiently.

·      Results driven.

·      Any experience with website management, content development, and/or paid advertising is a plus.
